  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
  • Easy 3-day returns on unused items with original tags intact.
  • Refunds for general returns (other than wrong/damaged products) are strictly made only in the form of a Store Credit.
  • Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any returns.
  • Store Credit will be shared once the order is successfully picked up from the customer.
  • The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags still securely attached.
  • A nominal 4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for eligible cancellations due to payment gateway charges.
