Order Confirmation & Processing
Order Confirmation: After Placing Order Please allow up to 2 days for order confirmation following your purchase.
Order Processing: Once confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 4 days.
1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery pincode. Working days are Monday to Friday (weekends are not included in the shipping timeline).
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, your tracking details will be promptly sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above 600/-.
4. Package Safety & Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your package upon arrival. Do not accept the parcel if it appears tampered with, as we will not be held responsible for tampered packages accepted upon delivery.
5. Reverse Pickup for Exchanges
We offer reverse pickup for eligible items' exchanges within India. In rare cases where the reverse pickup facility is unavailable for certain pin codes, customers may be requested to ship the product back to us at their own cost and risk.
